Anything you need to know about exercise is on this site from calculating your BMI and your target heart rate zones, to how to start out, and how to avoid injuries. Great for the novice exerciser and equally useful to those who are exercising fanatically, but need some additional info.

This site examines the connection between what we eat and how we feel. The newsletters are particularly enlightening.

How Many Calories Can I Burn?
This site gives you a comprehensive list of how many calories you can burn during physical activity. It doesn't just confine its calculations to formal exercising it includes things such as housework, gardening, carrying loads etc. Although this site is based on weight in pounds, the conversion is as follows:

130lbs = 60 kilograms
155lbs = 70 kilograms
190lbs = 86 kilograms
