Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Unless otherwise specified, shipping will be $8.95 per item (within Australia) and $19.95 per item (internationally).
Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 5 – 10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
"50+ Recipes to Lose 50+kg . . . And Keep It Off" will be available from 23/7/11. All orders containing this book will be shipped after this date.
Customer Service Policy
Strenco Pty Ltd (trading as www.sallysymonds.com.au) is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 5 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. Please note that downloadable products contain both limit on the time in which they can be downloaded and the number of occasions that they can be downloaded. Customers who do not download their products within the specified period will need to purchase the downloadable products again in order to access them.
% off promotions do not apply to affiliate products (ie those not manufactured by Sally Symonds) or ongoing membership fees for wellness coaching or the online healthy life club.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do. Any cancellations to individual sessions received 24 hours prior to the event will incur a 50% penalty fee. If you cancel after this time, the forfeiture amount will be 100%.
